Minutes of work committee under Industrial Dispute act

Dear Members,
As per sec 3 every company having 100 plus employees shall have a work committee for the resolution of dispute Industrial dispute act. Can anyone please let me know the procedure for the formation of work committee and the minutes of the work committee.

As you have not disclosed the nature of your industry or the location of the industrial unit, it just suffices to state that you have to follow the provision of the applicable rules in the formation and functioning of the Works Committee.
