procedure to pay pt renewal fees in Karnataka for the financial year 2018-19

Hi,
As VAT has been abolished in lieu of GST We would like to know the procedure to pay PT renewal fees for the company in karnataka for the financial year 2018-19. i.e whether we should pay as dealer under vat or dealer under gstin in the e-payment system
