Understanding PF Deductions: Is It Mandatory for Salaries Above Rs. 20,000?

Sir,

1) An employee whose basic salary is above Rs. 20,000/- per month, do we have to deduct PF?

2) Employees drawing more than Rs. 50,000/- are not interested in becoming a member of PF. Is there any declaration form for that? Please guide.

Please obtain EPF Form 11 (Revised) from the said employees, duly completed and signed by the employee and employer. Share the details of Form 11 to answer your queries.
