Lost UAN Password and Changed Mobile Number: How Can We Update Details and Recover Access?

One of my colleagues has lost his password for his UAN number. He has also changed his mobile number, and now he is unable to receive a new password on his new mobile number. How can we receive a new password or add a new mobile number to his UAN details?

Please follow these steps to reset your password:

1. Click on the "Forgot Password" link.
2. Enter your UAN and Captcha Code.
3. When prompted to choose where to receive the OTP, select "NO."
4. Enter your credentials that match your UAN account.
5. Submit the information.
6. Verify your details using your Aadhar or PAN number.
7. Provide the Aadhar or PAN information that exactly matches your UAN details.
8. Enter the new mobile number where you wish to receive the OTP.
9. Receive the OTP and proceed to change your password.
