Employee Left in 2012 Without UAN: How Can They Withdraw Their PF Now?

One employee had left the organization in 2012. At the time of leaving, UAN was not generated, and subsequent to that, he has not been employed with any other corporate entity. Now, he wishes to withdraw his PF. How can we proceed with this? Please advise.

Dear Aranha,

You will be required to fill out a physical Form 19 and Form 10C PF withdrawal form and submit them to the PF office.
