How does one ask experience letter from company for which I worked prior to its registration and formation?

Hi,
I am working in an Indian web development company from past two years.I joined them 2 years ago on June 2016 & at that time company was unregistered .Last year in Oct 2017 company was registered.
I got offer letter at time of interview which mentioned I will be on probation their for 3 month & after they will reconsider me for profile. After 3 month they continued me but they didn't provided any other documents mentioning my confirmation on job & I also didn't asked for that.
Now as I will complete my 2 years soon here including 3 month of probation I want to look for better opportunity as I think I am underpaid here( only 15000/month). During joining I was getting 7000/month.
Now my problem is how to tackle experience letter from this company because I have worked only 6 month after registration of this company. Should I ask them for anything to mention in experience letter or to follow any specific format.I also didn't got any increment letter from them when my salary increased.
Please help me, thanks.

Hi,
Did they give the experience letter to you from the date of registration or did they communicate the same to you?
Leaving aside the increment letter were there any disbursements made in bank (salary to employees) so that they cannot deny your increment.
Were you contributed with EPF/ESI?

Thanks for reply Sir,I got appointment letter at time of joining & they will give me appointment letter when I will resign.
My only concern is that since I worked here for unregistered period i.e. before incorporation of company.
So is there any problem which I can face during interview like your employer is registered only from 6 month & how you are showing 2 year experience.
please guide I am so tensed.
thanks.

I think your statement lacks clarity, you are writing appointment letter has been given at the time of joining and they will give when you resign, both of which are contradictory.
The company has made you work without getting registration,so they should give you the experience letter for such period also. Where is your fault here? Approach the company and clarify for the future correspondence.
