I have been working in an Indian web development company for the past two years. I joined them in June 2016, and at that time, the company was unregistered. Last year, in October 2017, the company became registered.
I received an offer letter at the time of the interview, which mentioned that I would be on probation for 3 months, and after that, they would reconsider my profile. After the 3 months, they continued with me, but they did not provide any other documents confirming my job status, and I also did not ask for that.
As I will soon complete my 2 years here, including the 3 months of probation, I want to look for better opportunities as I think I am underpaid here (only 15,000/month). During my joining, I was getting 7,000/month.
Handling the Experience Letter
My problem now is how to handle the experience letter from this company because I have only worked for 6 months after the registration of this company. Should I ask them to mention anything specific in the experience letter or to follow any particular format? I also did not receive any increment letter from them when my salary increased.
Please help me, thanks.
