Understanding Legal Requirements for Small Engineering Firms in Pune: What Laws Apply?

kanchan927
Hello all,

Could you please guide or help me to understand which laws or acts apply to an organization of 30-35 employees in Pune, Maharashtra, India? This is an engineering consultancy (Pvt. Ltd). As per my knowledge, the following Acts are applicable:

- Shops & Establishment Act
- Minimum Wages Act
- EPF
- ESIC

I also want to know if anything else needs to be taken care of. Where can I get detailed information on which laws/acts apply, how to comply, and what documents need to be submitted?

Thanks,
Kanchan
