Min wages Maharashtra-applicable for engineering consultants

I would like to know if the minimum wages act is applicable for engineering consultancy. The engineering consultancy is just to design the things and do not manufacture those items.
If its applicable what should be the minimum wages for the employees working in the company.

You may be having Shop & Establishment license, hence you need to pay minimum wages as per S & E minimum wages Schedule.
