my company failed to pay my pf amount to my pf account

I was working in a Pvt Ltd in Bangalore. They have debited my PF amount from my salary and not paid it to my PF account from July 2017 to November 2017. I have my bank statement and pay slip as proof. Is there any way to get the money?

You can send a formal representation to the HR or Finance head and seek corrective action. However, if nothing happens, endorse a copy to the local PF Inspector with the copy of salary slips, etc., and seek his intervention.
