Minimum Wage Update in India: How Does the Central VDA Increase Affect You?

Here, I will attach the copy of the notification of Minimum Wage Central Spare VDA Increased W.E.F 1st April 2018 to 30th Sep 2018.

I have been working in a central government organization through an outsourced contract since 2014. This organization is the Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research, and Education in Cancer, i.e., Tata Memorial Centre - ACTREC. I work in Administration as a Secretary cum Administrative Assistant.

I understand that the appropriate government is the central government, but I am unsure in which schedule of employment I will be covered, what my minimum monthly wages are, and in which category I will fall (skilled or highly skilled). Please guide me and provide me with a brief explanation regarding the same.
