How to fill the ECR Challan for Voluntary PF contribution from employees.

Without Voluntary Contribution, my data is:
EPF Contribution Remitted: 1800
EPS Contribution Remitted: 1250
EPF EPS Difference: 550

Now the employee has decided to contribute Rs. 3000 as his contribution. How do I fill the data for him in the ECR Excel Sheet?

How can one contribute Rs3,000/- as his contribution? Is it in addition to 12%? Have you communicated this to the EPF Department in writing?

Nevertheless, EPF EPS Difference: 3550.
