New Salary Structure - After FY 18-19 Budget

Dear all,
Since the new budget has defined the limit of tax for Medical and travel allowance (upto 40000), what kind of salary structure we should prepare so that employee gets maximum benefit.
Can anyone share the new salary structure format, please ?
