PF registration required? 9 staff members have salary less than 15,000

I am working in IT company. I joined as 11th member and now we are 25 including 2 partners and one office boy.
Out of 25 strength, 9 staff members have salary less than 15,000.
Is it compulsory to get registered with EPF scheme?

Hi Meraj,
If you have staff above 19, then PF is applicable to your industry. It is mandatory to get PF registration and need to cover your eligible employees.
