Struggling with EKYC Approval Errors in Unified Portal: How Do You Fix Java Issues?

We are unable to approve EKYC in the unified portal due to a Java exceptional error. I have updated the latest version of Java and Firefox version 52.x; however, the same problem persists. A few days ago, I visited the PF office where they checked the digital signature token, which is working on their system. We are using the same digital signature that is not working. Can anyone suggest the configuration for that, please?
