Calculation of the Workmen Compensation

Can you please help us in calculating the workmen compensatio amount? Age - 23 years, per day wage - Rs.650/- Do we have to take 50% of 8000 as per WC rate or 50% of actual monthly salary of deceased person. Kindly reply with calculation details
