Leave policy - it is mandatory to give Earn Leave/ Privilege Leave?

Ours is a Pvt ltd company, under Factories act.
We want to start Leave Policy in our company. Kindly guide me , how it should be? ( Legally and in general practice).
How much CL to give?
How much SL to give?
it is mandatory to give Earn Leave/ Privilege Leave?

Request you to go through Chapter VII of the Factories Act,1948. Only leave prescribed under the Act is Annual Leave with Wages. However, it does not preclude an employer to consider the grant of other kinds of leave like C.L and S.L too either on his own or under the collective bargaining agreement.
In case of women employees, the employer has to grant maternity leave under the Maternity Benefit Act,1961 when occasion arises.

What I Know is, "earned Leave and maternity leaves' are mandatory as per Act.
But Casual Leaves and Sick leaves are mandatory?
