Need all your advice on whether appointment letters signed with scanned image signatures can be accepted for payroll and other HR related processes..........

Try Digital signature instead it also provide authenticity of the documents.

There is possible to misuse the scanned images in the appointment letters & other docs. Better using digital signature is safe and authenticated.
