legal profile use hrd department?

Dear seniors..
Present i am working banking sector in legal department since 6 yrs but i have done mba with hr specialization. is it helpful hrd department?
pls give me sugestions.

Dear Subramanyam,
Always be noted that HR & Legal go together in most aspects as compliance of statutory enactments are done by legal department with the help of HR department only.
So it should be pretty useful.
