Karnataka State revised majority of scheduled industries MW. 37 Scheduled industries effective 30.12.2017.

Attaching Gazette notification of revised minimum wages w.e.f 30th Dec'17. In addition to the Basic wages DA of INR 367 to be payable for the period 30th Dec'17 to 31st Mar'18.
DA annual revision from 1st April 2018 to 31st Mar'19 would be another INR 316 totaling the DA is INR 683 apart from the Basic wages defined in the notification.
Also there is a service weightage of 1% on the Basic wages for the employees who has completed 10 years in the organization with a maximum cap of 10% only.

Sir, What are the basic wages for Construction Workmen(Highly Skilled, Skilled, Semi-Skilled and Un-skilled) Zone-II, Bangalore.
How can we know that which zone we belong?

Normally, the M.W. are revised annually twice; once from Ist April and 2nd time from Ist Oct. of every year.
The 1st sentence says; Kar.State revised MW from 30.12.2017 & 2nd para says M.W. effective from 1.4.2018. The effective date of revision of M.W. is not clear. I request your comments please.

Under Construction or Maintenance of Roads & Building operations (Zone II), Engineering Grduates- 22,700/- Diploma Engineering employees- 17550, Highly skilled - 10790 (Basic) 1591.20 (DA), Skilled 10270 (Basic) 1591.20 (DA), Semi Skilled 10010 (Basic) 1591.20 (DA) & Unskilled- 9,750 (Basic) 1591.20 (DA).
Other than above, separate Basic + DA for Drivers/ cleaners, office staff, security guard etc under this schedule.

Zone1- BBMP (Bruhat bengaluru mahanagara Palike) notified area, Zone2- Zone coming under corporations (Mahanagar Palike), other than Bruhat bengaluru mahanagara Palike (Belgaum, Hubli-Dharwad, Mangalore etc) Zone3- Other district places, other than zone 1 & zone 2 district place, Zone 4- All places, other than Zone1,2,3

In karnataka Minimum wages revised once in Year. This year, Govt of Karnataka changed Basic of some of the schedules, including Shop & Establishment, which is effective from 30th December 2017. As per notification companies need to pay revised Basic + DA. Again in April they have amended DA, which is effective from April 2018.

Thanks for ur update on M.W. - Karnataka. Actually, I worked for Central Govt. Estt. and the Central M.W. used to revise twice a year ones in April & 2nd time in Oct. Now I am not in Central Govt. Estt. and Retired.
