EPF Claim Dilemma: Should My Friend Visit Coimbatore or Bangalore Office?

One of my friends worked in Coimbatore (TN), but their head office is in Bangalore. Now he wants to claim the EPF amount. In this case, do we have to go to the Coimbatore EPF office or the Bangalore EPF office?

1. Your basic details must be updated as per Aadhar only.
2. Date of joining and date of exit need to be updated by the employer.
