EPF Claim - worked in Coimbatore (TN), but their head office is in Bangalore

One of my friends worked in Coimbatore (TN), but their head office is in Bangalore. Now he want to claim the EPF amount.In this case, we have to Coimbatore EPF office or Bangalore EPF office?
