Security contractor - How to give feedback about company to MD?

I working in a office of security contractor my MD Ask me to give a feedback about office because i working in office last three month how i gave this please guide me.

I am not clear about your role in office, but i would like to answer on some following point to your question.
In my view may be your MD would like to get your work report, as you are working in Office from last three months, he wish to know your feedback about office.
you can give your feedback on following areas:
1. Existing client status
2. Manpower status
3. Challenges you you faced.
4. your accomplishments
5. your observations & possible solutions.
5. your suggestions for improvements in business operations.
these are just basic areas to report, you can add if you feel any other points important.

Hi,
As Hr Executive you are supposed to ensure
1)Recruitment as per the required demand of personnel.
2)Attendance management of existing personnel
3)Ensure regular feedback on manpower exits and recruited on daily basis as it is sec company.
4)Ensure Field Officers reporting and performance management.
5) Schedule training at clients Places and at training centre if any.
6) Schedule payment payrolls and advances to be paid if any for accounts clearances etc.
7)If required compile reports for operations feedback for clients and send them.
