I have my question related with Labor Licenses, Kindly let me know how many licenses i am to obtain when i am working with hotel industry and what is their period of renewal?

Let me draft the question again, actually i work in a hotel industry and in HR department and i have been working here for around 8 months. Now i am little hassled and confused about the licenses which i am to obtain and about their renewal dates.
Is your hotel registered under Respective Shops and Establishment Act?
NOC from local fire department and health license will be further required.
Health certification of employees handling food.
How many staff have you got in the hotel?

1. Shop & Establishment
2. FSSAI license
3. NOC from Fire Dept
4. Weight & measurement License
5. Provident Fund code
6. ESIC code
7. Professional Tax etc.
