Difference Between HR Business Partner (HRBP) and Human Resources (HR)
Both HR and HRBP are different roles. HRBP is responsible for understanding the business and managing client relationships to drive improvement and growth. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position involves aligning business objectives with employees and management in specific business units, acting as a consultant to management on HR-related issues.
On the other hand, HR is primarily focused on executing HR processes and maintaining company policies. Human resources encompass both the individuals working for a company or organization and the department tasked with managing employee-related resources.
