Here by like to require if any governments notifications related to duty hours security personnel's in an month excluding weekly holidays

Query is not clear.
Working hours of security 8 hours per day and weekly paid off.
States also give three or 4 national holidays as paid off.
OT hours means double payment of wages and so also for work on these 4 holidays like Independence day.

Hi.if the security guard duty in national holiday but his c.off the next day how to pay his Salary?normal rate or ot rate.
