Main job of HR professionals is to make employee happiness at work place. How to do that?
1) Employees feel happy when they are treated fairly
2) Employee feels happy as long as the Company recognizes their value and company is committed to them as a real protector.
3) Each employee must know weekly/monthly/yearly production target of the company and their role in achieving the target.
4) Mutual Trust of each other is the essence of employee happiness and a good working relations with all team members must be maintained. No boss-subordinate working relationship. If any member falls short of any activities, other member should come forward to help him in achieving the target. There shall be only one leader. All other people are only doer.
5) Happiness comes from full utilisation of each employee's potential so that each employee can develop his career to a great height.
6) Each employee must feel job ownership in their respective jobs
7) when employee fully involved in jobs, they need not to look at the clock and waiting to end the day, time simply flies out under pressure of work.
8) Employee feel happy when they are exposed to various challenges, creative working and complex problems and feel they are doing something for the benefit of the company.
9) Employee feel happy when they feel a sense of being, becoming and belonging to the company
10) Wealth does not generate happiness. once an employee reaches the point of being able to afford to run normal cost of everyday life, more wealth brings unhappiness.
