How to deduct employee PF more than 12% from basic salary if he wants to deduct

Dear Sir,
Please tell me the procedure, one of employee in my Organization wants to deduct more PF(more than 12%) in his basic salary. What is the procedure to be followed from PF.
Please suggest me.

It is Basic+DA is 50,000/- Gross Salary is 1,00,000
