Should we leave a company if the boss is bad?

HR Spot12
It is a widely accepted saying that " Employees do not change companies, they change bosses".
If an Employee is satisfied with the benefits and compensation structure then the employee may stay in a company for a period of time.
But if the Employee is satisfied with his/her Boss's behavior then he might stay for a longer period of time. Because it brings in a sense of belongingness or bonding with the concerned Boss. If the boss is a bad one, in any aspect that we may take it to be, then even after a good c&b structure the employee will start to think of quiting the job.

The nature of the Boss should never be the criterion for taking the decision to leave or continue in an organization. Always it should be the values and the ethics that are followed in the orgaisation that should be considered for taking such decision. If one leaves and organization because the boss is bad, he does not leave the boss but leaves the company.
