Is there any possibility that my new employer will get to know about my previous employer, my experience, etc., through the UAN or ESI number? Help me out.
Please note that by your ESI Insurance Number, anybody can get details of your contribution, date of joining, leaving, etc. Similarly, by your UAN, you can know the name of the company, joining, and leaving dates.
