Yes it is correct. In PF passbook the annual period is Mar-Feb Wages.
But the contribution is shown in next month when the employer deposit the amount.
Earlier when PF records maintained manually it was shown in the Register as:-
Mar paid in Apr.
Apr. paid in May
and so on...
Fellow members can put more light on the matter.

And for this scenario : if the company pays the amount in the month of November for the wage month june
ie: past due date. Need to pay in July... But they pay in November.
