EPF /EDLI claim Help _ father expired in Road accident

Dear Seniors
pls help on topic _ Father Expired in Road Accident on 1st September 2018
having Epf Subscription date of start of EPF 01/04/2015 . on Joining pension not deducted _ as per DOB it should be considered for pension in EPF, but the employer does not include ( on joining age 57 years when EPF starts ) salary 12800/- what to do now ? is there is any hope for the pension to mother?
want to claim EPF & EDLI
consultant says bring Date of Birth proof of father & mother, Father's Voter Id card will not consider for DOB proof, Aadhar having only year of Birth.
does not have any other document relating to DOB.
pls let me help if there is any other way for DOB proof . and what about pension, as EPF deposited in employee share & Difference (not in pension a/c)

Only Aadhar card & Voter Card is Available.
He had a Driving Licence but goes missing on spot, also checked with RTO they have not any Record, as it was very old and maybe not renewed.

then you go epfo office and rectify the details while you going carry all documents with rejected claim form
