Just wanted to know about the incentive model..

I'm working into Business Development Role for a staffing and recruitment company.
Just want to understand the incentive plan, incentive are based on bringing a new client only or it is also given on the business generate by the new client.
Please do suggest me..

In case of Business Development role pulling in business should be the criteria. Retention of business is depends upon other team members.
