Can we Change the Fixed Components Like HRA covenyence wash allowance at the time of appraisal
Example :Basic 4680
DA 3171
HRA 200
Con : 500
Gross: 8551
I have to Show the hike in Basic and DA and cut down on other components Is that possible

On restructuring the important thing to be noted is that you should not reduce the statutory salary, ie, Basic and DA, on which most of the statutory contributions and payments are made. Since there is no reduction in basic and DA component of salary rather they are increased, restructuring is not at all a problem.
