If a husband and wife work in an establishment (where more than 20 persons work) in different work portfolios, how will the ESIC contribution be made? Will only the husband, only the wife, or both contribute to ESIC?
Both are insured persons, and their contributions are being made to ESIC as per norms. My question is, both are IPs and spouses - is there any rule that one IP will contribute to ESIC instead of both?
