The paternity leave is not in position for establishment under private besides their own policy. Some of the Central Government establishments have the facility. As of now no such law or Act has framed for observing.
There is no equivalent of Maternity Benefit Act for men. It entirely falls within the individual policy of the corporates. Some corporates have it.
