Managerial Behavior Attitudes Vs Employee Resignations

Dear Sir,
A Manager with Positive attitude have safe behavior with their employees. If an employee done any mistake , he gives training and gives motivation and discourage only in the cabin and encourage in surrounding employees. Business environment will run in profits.
A Manager with Negative attitude have unsafe behavior and unsafe actions with their employees. If an employee done any mistake , he use personal influence with emotional outburst , short tempered, argumentative, and shows ego politics .The business environment will run in loses. HR role is to give relieving letters and offer letters .

Employees do not leave companies, they run away from managers
The relationship between manager and employee plays a critical role in the happiness of employees and not to say productivity.
It is very essential to make best choices when you select manager level people.They can make or mar the organisation.
Managers with higher level of emotional intelligence can do wonders for the company.
