Need input on on-boarding process followed in your organizations

This is Mathews working in a MNC. Currently im in the process of restructuring on-boarding process. I need the input from you all regarding the on-boarding process followed in your organizations so that i shall put forward 3 or 4 models to my Manager.

Please refer to those and prepare your own models to identify the best. You can share your document here and ask for clarification.
We HR professionals should really put some efforts before we seek any clarification.
