Need input on on-boarding process followed in your organizations

This is Mathews working in an MNC. Currently, I'm in the process of restructuring the onboarding process. I need input from all of you regarding the onboarding process followed in your organizations so that I can put forward 3 or 4 models to my manager.

Please refer to those documents and prepare your own models to identify the best practices. Feel free to share your document here and ask for clarification if needed.

We, as HR professionals, should put in some effort before seeking any clarification.
