PF - employee and employer part both are deducted from salary or only employee part?

Sir please tell me if PF deduction from salary in pvt sector as employee and employer part both are deducted from salary or only employee part deducted from salary?
Also want to know my salary is 19400 so is it compulsory to contribution toward pf or not? And also deduction for ESI is compulsory or not?

You are obviously under ESI coverage (<Rs.21,000), as regards PF, if you were already covered under PF, you would continue to be covered even if your salary exceeded Rs. 15,000/-.
