Facing Job Uncertainty: Should I Start Interviewing and What Are the Pros and Cons?

I am working in a company and started working at the client's place. Now the client has closed, so I started working from the company. My company says that you don't have any work, and neither do we have any clients to assign you work in HR-Operations.

Can you please guide me on what to do as I may receive a call to leave the job soon? If I have to leave the job, are there any positives or negatives to attending interviews?

Start looking around for a job discreetly. There is nothing adverse if the job closes and you need to explore other options. Were you hired as a contract employee to work for a third party or as a direct employee? Whatever the case may be, keep your CV updated and search for new opportunities.
