Struggling to Submit an ESIC Accident Report After System Error – What Should I Do?

In my organization, one employee died in November. At that time, when I filled the first page, it automatically submitted, but I had not filled in all the accident summary details. After that, when I tried to modify, the option was unavailable. How can I submit this report? What should I write on the letterhead to ESIC?

First, you need to log in to ESIC to check the IP status, whether it is alive or dead. Ensure that you have entered the date of death in the field. It doesn't matter whether you have successfully submitted the accident report or not. To check the IP status, click on "UPDATE IP DETAILS," then enter the deceased IP number after logging into the ESIC. If the status shows "IP dead," take a screenshot for future reference.
