Joining HCL - how many days it will take to complete BGV process?

i got offer letter and salary structure from hcl joining date is also mention in offer letter but i contact to hr then they told me first fill joining form then i will start your BGV process. now how many days it will take to complete BGV process because my joining date is very near.
