Employment Experience and Its Impact on New Job Formalities

I worked in an XYZ business consulting start-up firm as a consultant for a period of 3 months from September 2017 to November 2017. During this period, no salary account was opened, and I received my salaries in the form of cheques. PF was deducted for the month of October 2017. No offer letter was given, and I did not sign any employment contract with the organization.

On November 22nd, I submitted my resignation letter and left the company. I did not receive any relieving letter or settlement amount, and I was not interested in obtaining any settlement or relieving from them due to their unethical work practices and lack of organizational standards.

Impact of Not Disclosing Work Experience

My question is, if I don't include the above-mentioned work experience on my resume, will it impact my new job joining formalities? My PF portal (EPFO UAN) account displays the employer's name, and an amount of 1454 is in the account. Is it possible for the new employer to discover my undisclosed work experience?

Gap of three months will have to be covered carefully in your CV. Did the company accept your resignation? Not good to bad mouth your previous employer anyway. BGV can find out many things if it is done seriously, but in view of the short period, probably the risk level is lower. You have to make a call on that.

Thank you very much for the reply. I couldn't edit my post. I apologize for the remarks about my employer. However, I never received an offer or appointment letter, and my salary account wasn't opened. I have never seen such a lethargic organization. How can a company employ someone without any agreements or contracts? Is my employment even valid?
