I need evaluation forms in which the candidates' communication, attitude, technical skills, and soft skills will be assessed by the interviewer. In our company, the interviewer provides feedback verbally to me. Therefore, I would like the interviewer to complete that form, which would be helpful for documentation.

Hi all,

Here is a strong suggestion: please make sure the Interview Feedback Form is just one page. It is a psychological thing, and the interviewers are more willing to fill them out when they are only one page compared to those that run into a number of pages.

I am working on a one-page Interview feedback form and will share it with you once it is done.
