Latest Min.Wages Karnataka issued by state government

Please refer the Min. Wages notification issued by state government. All wage revision will have Gazzete notification no which is missing here the effective date of implementation is also not clear. Since the increase is also more than 53% which will attract indirect liability in ESI & EPF.
Here win win situation is not there for the service providers your valuable suggestion is appreciated.

Gazette Notification not yet released, hence once gazette notification comes in public, then you can pay as a arrears from effective date.
