Struggling with Aadhaar Verification on ESIC Portal: How to Fix the 12-Character Error?

I need your assistance in verifying the Aadhaar card on the ESIC portal. We are trying to verify the Aadhaar Card for one of our employees, but it's throwing an error stating that "You must enter text with 12 or fewer characters."

Aadhar number ideally consists of 12 characters or numbers only. Please check the value or number that you are mentioning once again.

Please try to upload the Aadhaar details in Mozilla in the older version.

Same problem here. What to do? I tried in old Mozilla and in IE also, but the problem is not solved. Please give the solution.
