Hello All,
I have been start my job as HR Executive in an Incubation Center. It gives a platform to all the startups to utilize their skills & abilities. I have a question for all the HR`s that in this company I am the only HR. many times i doesn`t understand how to tackle the situations. So please help me how i utilize my skill for the company & for my future growth also. I also want to learn more about HR as corporate point of view. Please guys helps my to find a progressive path in this situation.

What is your basic qualification?
I am sure you would done some course in HR before joining a company in HR department.

I am completed my graduation in HRM from DU. Now I am pursuing PGDBA in HRM from SCDL. Yes, I am the first HR in the startup company. How I explore my knowledge in this field. How I learn more about HR as professional and last is how I improve my communication skills my communication skill is very poor pls help me i this also.

First there must be an existing HR system in the company.
Study it properly and then try to improve on it after learning the ins and outs of the existing system.
There is lot of information on the net about HR and you are also doing a PGDBM.

To improve communication, read basic grammar books-Wren and Martin-for example.
Read news papers,HR magazines and try to speak in English for improvement.
