Pf and esi rule for small new professional kitchen business

Dear all,
I have going to start a professional kitchen to provide tiffin service and take away in Pune. For that I am hiring 2 cook and may be 1 or 2 helper. The salary of the cook will be between 10k to 15 k and for helper will be 3 to 5 k. Please let me know that is pf and esi deduction is applicable....

If employees are less than 20, PF is not applicable, but you can opt for voluntary PF code if required. If employees are less than 10 ESIC is not applicable.
If you provide service in any company, then company may ask you these registrations.
