Hi,
I am an HR consultant in the Surat area. As an HR professional, I believe that every industry has its own recruitment policy for hiring employees based on their requirements. In the textile industry, the majority of workmen are either illiterate or have a low level of education. It is very challenging to train them to improve their work and produce quality products. Any changes in government rules regarding employee policies in the industry can be very critical to accept.
My concerns revolve around the difficulty of implementing any effective HR policy that is suitable and acceptable to this work culture. Employers are also reluctant to adopt new policies that could enhance the working atmosphere on the factory floor. I am eager to introduce innovative policies for the betterment of both employees and the industry.
Could you suggest the easiest steps to implement a new HR policy?
Thank you.
