How to celebrate employees' birthday party in a different way within the office premises? Usually, we celebrate by asking the birthday person to sing a song or dance, and as usual, cake cutting. Please suggest a different idea.

Adding to Simon's idea, you can celebrate all weeks' birthdays or months' birthdays depending on the company size at the month end together. You can have a medium-sized cake with some snacks and cold drinks. It can be a get-together for all staff members and a fun time for everyone. During the celebration, you can also give them small birthday gifts. On the birthday, send an email to all team members, including the birthday boy or girl, to wish him or her a happy birthday.
