As an HR professional, your first responsibility is to collect all nomination forms and declarations from employees as part of the Joining Kit. Additionally, you should prepare policies regarding leave, overtime (OT), Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH), etc. Submit the notice of opening (Form A) to the labor department under the Gratuity Act. Ensure timely payment of monthly contributions for Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) by the 15th of every month. Maintain statutory registers and forms in accordance with the Factory/Shop & Establishment Act and display all necessary statutory notices on the premises. It is crucial to plan and conduct training sessions for employees, covering both soft skills and technical training.
