Employer Refuses to Correct Father's Name in EPF Account – How Can I Resolve This?

My employer entered the wrong father's name in my EPF account. I discovered this issue when I attempted to make a withdrawal, but my claim was rejected. Currently, my employer is refusing to sign the joint declaration form to rectify the error.

You can also modify your Basic Details for using UAN EPFO portal (https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/). You can log in to the EPFO UAN portal and modify your basic details by uploading necessary documents online. You can also add your bank details, PAN, AADHAR, Passport, Election Card, and Ration Card details.

If you have not yet updated these details on the EPFO portal, you must do it now, and your employer must approve your KYC and Basic Details.

My surname in both Aadhaar and UAN is RAY. But in PAN, my surname is ROY. Can I submit a withdrawal claim in this situation?
